Pi Mu Chapter

MEET OUR PRESIDENT!

IMG_5862_edited.jpg

Hello!

My name is Grace Chmielewski, and I am honored to serve as the 2026 President of the Pi Mu chapter of Chi Omega. From the very moment Chi Omega entered my life, I knew this chapter was something special. Pi Mu showed me friendships rooted in genuine acceptance, relationships that never made me feel like a burden, but instead made me feel valued. That sense of belonging is what defines our sisterhood and continues to shape the culture of our chapter every day.

Our sisters consistently strive for excellence both inside and outside the classroom, and I am especially proud that multiple of our members have earned Panhellenic scholarships, reflecting their dedication to academic success. Also, our chapter’s close connection to the Make-A-Wish Southwest Florida office allows us to welcome Make-A-Wish families into our lives, growing our community connections and our hearts.

Pi Mu is a close knit, and fun loving chapter. We believe deeply in our motto, “Sisters on Purpose,” and we are intentional about creating a space where women can grow, laugh, support one another, and make unforgettable memories together. Whether we’re working hard toward our goals or enjoying time together, our sisterhood is built on connection and joy. Above all, we are women who celebrate friendship, make the most of our college experience, and show up for one another in meaningful ways.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to represent my chapter and my sorority. Chi Omega is more than four years it’s a lifetime, and Pi Mu is where that lifetime truly begins.

Love in Chi Omega,

SISTERS ON PURPOSE

Chi omega symphony

To live constantly above snobbery of word or deed;

to place scholarship above social obligations

& character before appearances;

to be in the best sense, democratic rather than "exclusive",

and lovable rather than "popular";

to work earnestly, to speak kindly, to act sincerely,

to choose thoughtfully that course

which occasion and conscience demand;

to be womanly always; to be discouraged never;

in a word, to be loyal under any

and all circumstances to my fraternity

and her highest teachings and

to have her welfare ever at heart

that she may be a symphony of

high purpose and helpfulness

in which there is no discordant note
